Returns: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 7 days of receiving them. We want you to love your new home-decor as much as we do, and if something isn’t quite right, we’ll do everything we can to make it right. Simply reach out to us at info@loomsofindia.in and we’ll guide you through the process.

Cancellation: We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel an order. If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, please let us know and we’ll cancel your order and issue a full refund.

Refunds: If you do need to return an item, we’ll process your refund within 7 working days of the receipt of product in original/ unused condition and brand tags, at the Looms of India warehouse. As soon as we receive the item(s) and confirm that they meet our return policy criteria, we will make sure the refund process is as smooth as possible and we’ll make sure to refund the full amount to your original mode of payment.
